An incredibly beautiful short film that takes us into Ricardo Bofill's astonishing studio and house. Originally one of Barcelona's oldest cement factories, Bofill, with a minimalistic approach, turned the abandoned industrial structure into a truly unique space apt for both living and working. Absolutely stunning.

"Architecture is a language and I think you need to have a grammar in order to have a language. If you are good at that and you speak a wonderful prose, and you are really good, you can be a poet." A beautiful short film looking at some of Mies' work, including audio clips of the architect's own words and thoughts wonderfully accompanied by John Cage's In a Landscape.
Beautifully shot in black and white, this lovely minute-long excerpt gives us a tour of the renowned Barbican Estate seen through the eyes of its residents. "For most, brutalism is a miserable danger zone of concrete... But the Barbican reminds us of how different it could have been." - Tom Dixon
